Caring for the sound of your piano. Before your piano leaves our factory, it is tuned and voiced with the utmost care by our tuners, with all their skill, experience and musicality. But the complex design of a piano combined with normal usage and external factors mean that regular tuning, voicing and adjusting are absolutely essential. We recommend that this is done at least once or twice a year. This work, plus the maintenance and internal cleaning of your piano, should be carried out by an authorised Sauter dealer during the guarantee period.
