Impressive sound
Compact in format, impressive in sound. Due to the length of the bass strings, the small SAUTER grand piano unfolds an amazingly full, voluminous sound. Its sound board made of finely grown mountain spruce provides a special depth of sound and a colourful variety of tones, which gives the instrument its unmistakable, characterful voice.
Stable construction
The very stable construction with solid beech wood beams and multilayered, glued frame distinguishes the Alpha 160. The soundboard is made of high quality mountain spruce. Selected felts are used for the hammer heads.
